We love a vest for this fall season! The Bay Waistcoat is a great layering piece which is reversible and is perfect over our blouses, t-shirts and dresses. Made with a patchwork print floral on one side, a rye floral on the other, and finished with piping all the way around. This waistcoat is quilted and fastens at the front with a button and fabric loop.
